Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join without my spouse?
We believe it only takes one person to be the catalyst for change. Therefore, if you join the membership solo, we encourage you to urge your partner to get active in our content and resources to help you get the most out of the Friends with Rings experience. Members can add their significant other to their account at any time. Once you add your spouse to your account (aka bundle), they will gain access to their own log-in credentials.

Are prices lower if I join solo?
No, the investment remains the standard rate whether you join solo or with your spouse.

We're engaged; can we join the membership?
Our membership is designed for couples who have been married for eight years or less. However, if you want to join as an engaged couple, we recommend you join if you are scheduled to marry within the next year. Once you become a member, you have an option to seek a premarital counselor or coach from our Preferred Provider Network.

We're dating and thinking about marriage. Can we join the membership?
Friends with Rings is designed for married couples.

Do we have to leave the membership when we hit our ninth anniversary?
No, members are welcome to remain as long as they like afterward.

We have been married longer than eight years, but we need this membership. Can we join?
There is still much information that couples who have been married longer can gain from membership. Join us if you and your spouse are open to learning new tips and tools to help strengthen the foundation of your marriage.

Is this program ideal for couples on the brink of divorce?
If you are on the brink of divorce, we recommend seeking one-on-one counseling or coaching. Our membership can still be helpful to you and you're spouse if you are both committed to putting in the work and communicating with one another.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
You may cancel your membership at any time. Please note that Friends with Rings does not issue refunds.

What is the time commitment?
Our programming is designed to be completed at your own pace and within your timeframe. We recommend that couples join us for a virtual group coaching session at least once each month.
